The project includes a new and expanded kitchen with custom cabinetry, reconstruction of a screened in porch as a year round family room, custom furniture and millwork and a complete renovation of a master bath and dressing room with a new dormer and skylight. 

All are appropriately designed within the distinctive contemporary architectural vocabulary of an existing 1970’s wood frame residence.  The bathroom color scheme was kept light and fresh, with maple cabinetry, Carrera marble floors and countertops, and a multi-colored glass tile shower reminiscent of beach glass tones.
